Policy Manual: Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy, Florida State University


Office hours for The Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy are 8 AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.


The Pepper Institute on Aging and Public Policy is housed on the second floor of The Claude Pepper Center, on the campus of the Florida State University, in Tallahassee, Florida. The Pepper Center Building is located across from the Sandels Building near the intersection of West Call Street and Ivy Way, and between the Office of Telecommunications (Shaw Building) and the School of Criminology (Hecht House). A map of the FSU campus is available for those persons who are planning a visit to the Pepper Center Building. 

Driving Directions
Directions from the Airport

  • Take Terminal Loop Rd. to Capital Circle SW (.5 mi)
  • Make a right on Capital Circle SW
  • Continue on Capital Circle SW to Springhill Rd. (1.3 mi)
  • Make a left onto Springhill Rd. (2.2. mi)
  • Springhill Rd. turns into N. Lake Bradford Rd.
  • Continue on N. Lake Bradford Rd towards W. Gaines St. (1.1 mi)
  • Turn right onto W. Gaines St. (.2 mi)
  • At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto S Woodward Ave
  • Turn right onto St. Augustine St. (.4 mi)
  • Turn left on S. Copeland St. (.4 mi)
  • Turn left onto W. Call St. (.1 mi)
  • Your destination will be on the right

Directions from Interstate 10 (East or West)

  • Exit Interstate 10 (I-10) at Exit 199 (Monroe Street). 
  • Travel south on Monroe Street (US 27) about three (3) miles to Tennessee Street (US 90).
  • Turn right at Tennessee Street.
  • Travel west on Tennessee Street for a half (0.5) mile until Copeland Street.
  • Turn left at Copeland Street.
  • Turn right at the first traffic signal after turning onto Copeland Street — this will be West Call Street.
  • The Pepper Center Building is on the right immediately after the first stop sign.
